The Dambusters Raid of May 1943 was one of the most iconic air operations of WW2. On this fascinating battlefield tour we honour the sacrifice of Guy Gibson VC and his crews who flew in the mission, on the 75th Anniversary of Operation Chastise. Starting in Sheffield we visit Derwent Dam and the RAF museum in Hendon, to see an original Lancaster Bomber, before continuing and visiting the Dambusters graves at Bergen-op-Zoom. We then travel to Germany and visit Eder Dam and Möhne Dam which were both attacked in the raid.
