Local departure by coach, then on to Paris for a four-night stay.
Full-day included visit to the cosmopolitan city of Paris. A large portion of the city, including the River Seine, is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and to make the most of your visit we have included a guided sightseeing tour. Our local guide will introduce you to some of the city’s famous sights (please note that due to on-going roadworks and restoration works, some sights may not be accessible by coach). During the day, we also include a cruise along the Seine – an ideal way to take in the spectacular attractions from a different perspective.
This evening, be sure to take advantage of our optional visit into the Latin Quarter. Located south of the Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame, this bustling area is full of restaurants, cafés and souvenir shops.

Join our included visit to Versailles Gardens, home to the famous Château and its beautiful grounds. Located on the western outskirts of Paris and originally created for Louis XIV, the Château of Versailles has been a member of the UNESCO World Heritage list for over 30 years. At Versailles we include a visit to the magnificent gardens, or you can spend time exploring the interior of the château (at additional cost). Whilst exploring the gardens be sure to enjoy a relaxing stroll along the Grand Canal, or why not discover the many fountains and pools?
We return to our hotel late afternoon and then this evening, there will be the opportunity to join our optional ‘Paris by Night’ visit which includes a three-course meal in a typical restaurant, with house wine included.Includes Breakfast

Spend a full day exploring Paris independently or join our optional excursion to Monet’s Garden at Giverny. The perspectives, symmetries and colours of the flower garden and water garden were the inspiration for some of his most famous works. The artist lived here from 1883 until his death in 1926, and today his house and in particular the gardens, made famous by his painting of the water lilies, have been restored to Monet’s original designs.

Not the best coach tour I've been on ! Coach tour drivers/guides were good drivers but poor guides. Information on the places we were to visit were read and mis pronounced facts that they had googled ! It seems that they were last minute replacements so probably tried their best but it was very unprofessional. They were not there to collect us after our Seine river cruise, which took an hour. They thought it was 2 hours. It had started to rain so we walked back to our hotel. It was about a mile away, no problem for me but difficult for some on the tour with mobility problems ! They also got lost in Paris and we spent a long time going round in circles. I think we passed the Arc du Triomphe 3 times !

Well located hotel close to the Eifel Tower gave excellent access to the sites, galleries we wanted to see. Included excursions were good and very good local guide. Drivers were first class and very helpful.
