- How many years have you been coach driving? I have been a coach driver for 32 years.
- How many years have you been driving with our company? I've worked with Leger for 25 years now.
- How many years have you been driving together as a team? About 8 months.
- What inspired you to become a coach driver? I always liked driving, and then I saw an ad for local bus drivers. I applied and passed my test within 4 days. I then moved to a local coach company and worked up to private hire. I later got the opportunity to work for Leger and never looked back.
- When you're not on the road, how do you like to spend your time? I do a lot of gardening and DIY. I make lots of projects from wood, especially garden planters and fence work. Most of my spare time is spent in the shed.
- What is your favourite country, destination, or tour you've driven to? Very hard question. If I was pushed, it would have to be Lake Garda.
- What makes it your top choice? What's not to like, you have everything on the doorstep. Weather is usually good, scenery is always fantastic. We always find that the passengers we take to Garda have been many times before and love to go back.
- What's your favourite memory from a past tour? Probably having all the passengers sat by Lake Maggiore drinking Prosecco. That was on a Picturebook Italy tour many years ago.
- Do you have any personal touches that make your coach feel welcoming? Only me!
- If you could provide a top travel tip for our passengers, what would that be? Check the country you're visiting regarding plug sockets. Italy and Switzerland especially are three pronged, so a continental plug will not work.
- Is there anything else you would like to share with us about the tours you do? Apart from Garda that I’ve already mentioned, there are lots of other places I love travelling to. Austria, Switzerland and Budapest are fantastic. I've also done a few Croatian tours, which is a first for me, so hopefully I get to go there more in the future.

- What is your favourite country, destination, or tour you've driven to? My favourite places are Northern Italy, Croatia, Austria and Germany.
- What makes it your top choice? You can’t beat the scenery of Austria, and the beaches in Croatia are fantastic.
- If you could provide a top travel tip for our passengers, what would that be? Sit back and enjoy the journey!
