About the tour: The Fall of the Berlin Wall – 30th Anniversary

November 2019 will mark 30 years since the Berlin Wall came down, marking an end to the Cold War. To commemorate this monumental moment in world history, join us as we head to Berlin and attend the anniversary events in and around the city. We will also include tours of landmarks, iconic sights and important areas of the Cold War found throughout Berlin, including the Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag area. As our tour takes us through Armistice Day, we will pause on the 11th November to honour the fallen in a small remembrance service at the Berlin War Cemetery.
