Fly to Denver, Colorado where you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Welcome to Denver! With the impressive Rocky Mountains as a backdrop, Denver effortlessly blends the city’s Old West heritage with today’s modern skyscrapers and urban energy. Today’s city tour introduces you to the “Mile High City.”
This afternoon is at leisure for you to explore independently. Why not enjoy one of the many museums or art exhibitions the city offers?

A short distance from Denver, we will enter Rocky Mountain National Park where you will feel like you are on top of the world! Here, 415 square miles encompass and protect spectacular mountain environments.
Continue through Cheyenne, Wyoming’s capital city and the nation’s railroad capital, to Casper, where the landscapes are a painter’s dream come true. Casper has a rich and vibrant history as an important outpost of the Old West. The area is steeped in western history, Old West culture and the legacy of pioneers who forged their way through the mountains and plains on their way to Oregon and California.

Today, we take an unforgettable journey into America’s first national park and nature’s wonderland – Yellowstone. Here, the Earth is in action with geysers, spectacular mountain ranges, rivers, waterfalls and ancient volcanoes. The iconic spots – Old Faithful, Mammoth Hot Springs and Yellowstone Canyon – will be familiar from photographs, but seeing them in person is a truly humbling experience. They’re not just as good as you’ve heard – they’re better!
In addition to superb scenery, the park is one of the world’s principal wildlife preserves. Home to eagles, grizzly and black bears, buffalo, elk and much more, you are bound to see wildlife wherever you go!

This morning, we visit the Crown of the Continent, Glacier National Park. Travel along the famed 50-mile Going-to-the-Sun Road - a national historic landmark and one of the most epic engineering feats in the world - before crossing the U.S./Canadian border into Calgary.
Set dramatically between prairies and peaks, Calgary is surrounded by incomparable natural grandeur and offers an unparalleled urban experience.

Today, it’s on to Banff, Canada’s first national park and one of the world’s premier destinations. Nestled in the heart of the magnificent Canadian Rockies, Banff features snow-capped peaks, glistening glaciers, forests, meadows, rivers and sweeping vistas. Spend the day exploring this magnificent area before heading to Canmore for the night.

Today begins with a visit to Canada’s “Diamond in the Wilderness,” Lake Louise. Set against the stark backdrop of Victoria Glacier, the emerald colours and grandiose setting of Lake Louise render it Canada’s most famous lake, and probably the most photographed scene in the Canadian Rockies.
We continue along the Ice-fields Parkway, one of the world’s most stunning roadways, to Banff’s northern counterpart, the spectacular Jasper National Park.

This morning’s drive along the Yellowhead Highway allows you to enjoy British Columbia’s stunning scenery as we cross the provincial border and enter Mount Robson Provincial Park.
Mount Robson is the second oldest park in British Columbia’s park system and boasts the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies.
We then continue to Kamloops and the stunning paradise of Sun Peaks.

Today we'll wind our way through Fraser Canyon, following the Fraser and Thompson rivers. Discover the trails used by early gold-seekers and relive their journey through steep canyons, raging rivers, high mountain passes and rugged scenery.
We then continue through the lower Fraser Valley to the port city of Vancouver. Nestled between the mountains and the ocean, Vancouver offers visitors an exciting cityscape set within a landscape of stunning, rugged beauty. Upon arrival, a city tour highlights many of Vancouver’s famous sights, including Gastown, Chinatown, Robson Street, English Bay, Stanley Park and Vancouver Harbour.

Today’s journey takes us back across the Canada/U.S. border to the jewel of the Pacific Northwest, Seattle. Set on the waterfront and framed by snow-capped mountains, Seattle is a sophisticated city that offers visitors a real sample of Northwest life.

We depart this morning for Portland, Oregon’s largest city and one of the world’s best walking cities.
En route, visit Mount Rainier and Mount St. Helens, both active volcanoes and part of the Northwest “ring of fire.” Ascending to 14,410 feet above sea level, Mount Rainier is the most glaciated peak in the contiguous U.S. Just south, you'll find Mount St. Helens which is the youngest and most active volcano in the contiguous U.S.

Today we enjoy a scenic drive along Oregon’s coastline, where spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding forests await.
We continue south through Newport and the heart of the central coast to Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. Further south is Coos Bay - the largest community on the coast.

Continuing south again, the rugged Oregon coastline offers stunning views, endless beaches, crashing waves and beautiful lighthouses; while California’s spectacular Redwood Coast offers sparkling beaches, cascading rivers, quiet countryside, historic communities and a forest as old as the dinosaurs!
Located in the heart of this Redwood Empire, Eureka is one of California’s historic landmarks and an “open-air museum” of Victorian architecture.

Today, we continue south en route to northern California’s wine country. Home to perfect grape-growing conditions, dazzling displays of colour as the seasons change, and a wonderful Mediterranean climate, this region is home to some of the most famous wineries in the world.

This tour requires customers to have a certain degree of fitness as it is a very full itinerary. Wheelchairs must be prior approved by ATI. This is due to luggage space being at a premium on the coach. Customers are subject to 1 piece of hold luggage each, additional pieces are subject to approval by ATI and may be charged at a supplement. Passengers with medical conditions which impair their travels and may require assistance must make these conditions known at the time of booking. Tour Directors are not permitted to personally intervene or assist in medical emergencies, or assist passengers with prior medical conditions. Passengers with physical challenges must always travel with a companion who can assist them. All coaches are equipped with a lavatory. As facilities for properly serving the lavatory are extremely limited outside major metropolitan areas, the on-board lavatory is principally intended for emergency use. Of course, frequent stops are made throughout the day for the customers comfort. You may find that your tour coach does not have seat belts as American Law doesn't require them.
Please note, due to local laws at least one person in each room booked must be aged 21 years or over. Persons under 21 years of age cannot enter casinos (including those in hotels) alone in the USA and must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged 21 or over.
IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION
Travel Authorisation via the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) is required prior to travelling to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program, for which an additional charge of approximately $14 per person is made. Log onto the ESTA Web site at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov and complete an online application in English. The web-based system will prompt you to answer basic biographical and eligibility questions typically requested on a paper I-94W form. Applications may be submitted at any time prior to travel, however, DHS recommends that applications be submitted no less than 72 hours prior to travel.
It is your responsibility to ensure you hold the correct passport and visa (if required) to enter the United States of America. If you are in any doubt please contact the appropriate embassy.
