Itinerary
Please choose your preferred 6 day itinerary
Regional departure by coach or Door-to-Door service, then to Holyhead for the ferry to Ireland. From here, we travel onward to our overnight hotel on the outskirts of Dublin. Enjoy dinner this evening and relax.

This morning, we depart and cross the country, making a stop at medieval Cashel. This charming town is located in the heart of Ireland and is home to archaeological treasures, beautiful Georgian architecture and pretty scenery.
We then journey further south to the outskirts of Cork, where will stop at the famous Blarney Woollen Mills. Established in 1823, the mills have evolved from a traditional 18th-century textile operation into one of Ireland's most iconic heritage and retail destinations. Known as the the largest Irish store in the world, you can pick up some souvenirs or shop for traditional Irish products including woollen sweaters, crystal, china and jewellery. There's also a restaurant and bar serving traditional Irish ales.
We continue our journey to Kerry and to the Sneem Hotel. Nestled in Golden Cove located on the famous Ring of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way, the 4-star hotel offers sweeping views of the sea and mountains and offers a warm Irish welcome. Enjoy dinner this evening and relax in the bar with stunning views.

This morning we travel along the coast to Kenmare, a lively and scenic town. From the harbour we board our boat to enjoy an hour sailing to explore Kenmare Bay. You will be entertained by local skipper Paddy as he gives full commentary on the natural beauty and wildlife of this beautiful part of the Wild Atlantic Way. During the tour, you'll be able to spot a wide variety of exciting wild and marine life, from seals to foxes and otters to goats. Have your cameras ready as we travel out of Kenmare Bay and see the seals relax while they sunbathe on the rocks. We may even be able to count some of the baby pups!
We then travel Killarney, one of Ireland's most enchanting towns. The bustling town centre is full of shops, pubs and traditional Irish charm, and is a great place to grab some lunch. Set on the edge of Killarney National Park you can explore miles of unspoilt scenery, from shimmering lakes and ancient woodlands to the rugged peaks. You can choose to stroll through peaceful forest trail or enjoy a boat trip across the famous lakes of Killarney. But one of the best and unique ways to see the area is on our optional traditional jaunting car ride. These horse-drawn carriages, guided by local drivers known as jarveys, offer a relaxed and scenic journey through the park.
We return to the hotel this afternoon to allow some time to relax before dinner.

Today we travel the timeless Ring of Kerry with a scenic drive, offering a circular journey through some of the country’s most spectacular coastal and mountain scenery. We will stop for an included lunch at Portmagee, famous as the main departure point to Skellig Michael. This dramatic rocky island is home to ancient Monastic ruins, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and featured in the Star Wars films. Visits to the island are limited but you can view the islands from the harbour.
We enjoy an included lunch at one of Portmagee's local restaurants of with soup or traditional seafood chowder with Irish soda bread is an experience not to be missed!
This afternoon we visit Portmagee Whiskey to learn about the notorious 18th-century smuggler Captain Magee and the Murphy brother's modern-day vision for the distillery. You will enjoy the fully guided Spirit of the Sea Tour which tells the history of Portmagee village through a 360 immersive experience in the purpose-built Domes sat aboard an iconic Seine Boat followed by sampling the finest Portmagee Whiskeys.
We continue our journey around the Ring of Kerry, arriving back to Sneem late afternoon.

We depart this morning to begin our journey back across Ireland. We will make a coffee stop in Adare, a picturesque village in southwest County Limerick. It is often called Ireland’s prettiest village, thanks to its thatched cottages and charming streets. You will have some free time to explore before we head on towards Dublin.
On arrival into Ireland's capital, you will have free time to explore at your own pace, or you can join our optional city tour. One of our local guides will show you all the main highlights such as Trinity College and St Patrick's Cathedral. You will then have free time to browse the shops on foot on popular Grafton Street, enjoy a pint of the 'Black Stuff' in the vibrant Temple Bar, or stroll over the Ha'Penny Bridge, one of the city's most famous sights. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal in Dublin today and experience the local restaurants and atmosphere.
We will depart Dublin early evening and transfer to our overnight hotel on the outskirts of the city.
