Today we take a trip to medieval Christchurch. This quaint Dorset town combines award-winning beaches, a pretty harbour and a historic centre.
Explore the Priory Church and castle ruins, stroll through the bustling town centre with its range of independent shops, or admire the waters of Solent.
We return via Poole.

Relax with a day at leisure in Bournemouth to explore at your own pace, or join our optional excursion to the New Forest.
We call at Lyndhurst, often referred to as the 'Capital of the New Forest' and has been visited by Kings and Queens for centuries to hunt. As well as a royal connection, Lyndhurst has a literary connection, being the home to the real Alice who was the inspiration for Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland.

Accommodation
You will stay for four nights at an Oceana Collection Hotel in Bournemouth. This will be at either the Mayfair, the Suncliff, the Trouville or the Ocean Beach Hotel and Spa and will be advised on your travel documents. Each hotel offers its own unique charm but all are equally comfortable and make for a great base to explore Bournemouth.
