Join us on this wonderful pre-Christmas weekend break designed exclusively for solo travellers! You'll journey in style by Eurostar and onto your 4-star hotel in the Meudon Forest, a short drive from Paris. Enjoy a panoramic tour of this iconic capital city, ticking off some of the main sites as we pass by the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysees, and the Arc de Triomphe. We also include some free time to explore and soak up the festive atmosphere of Paris' Christmas Markets! Plus, there's included entrance to the Palace of Versailles, where the remarkable architecture is sure to take your breath away, and a relaxing cruise along the River Seine to see the city from a different perspective.
This weekend break is full of wonderful experiences and, with wine included with each evening meal and our experienced Tour Manager on hand throughout, everything is taken care of from start to finish. Itinerary

We journey aboard the Eurostar from London St. Pancras International to Paris, where we meet our coach for the transfer to our hotel in the Meudon Forest. Relax at the hotel and enjoy dinner this evening with your fellow travellers.

After breakfast, we travel by coach to Paris and enjoy a panoramic tour, where we will pass some of the city’s iconic sites, including the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees. Don’t forget your camera as there will be photo stops along the way!
This afternoon, there’s plenty of free time to explore Paris at your own pace and soak up the festive atmosphere. Paris has many Christmas markets selling traditional handmade gifts and local specialities – why not do a spot of Christmas shopping? We return to the hotel and enjoy dinner this evening.

After breakfast, we visit the Palace of Versailles, the most extravagant of Châteaux, befitting the ego of Louis XIV. Our included entrance lets you see the palace’s most famous places: the Hall of Mirrors, Grand Apartments of the King and Queen, and the King’s Bedchamber. You’ll also have time to explore the magnificent gardens!
From here, we travel by coach to Paris where we embark on a 1-hour cruise along the River Seine. The cruise begins at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and passes by many historic sites including the Notre-Dame Cathedral, Grand Palais and Arc de Triomphe. This evening, we return to the hotel for dinner.

The 4-star Best Western Plus Paris Meudon Ermitage is set in a half-timbered building in the Meudon Forest and is just 10km from Château de Versailles and 16km from central Paris. Step aboard Eurostar at London St Pancras for a fast and comfortable journey to mainland Europe. On arrival in Paris, Amsterdam or Brussels, you will then join connecting services for your onward journey.
Overnight stays in Central London can be arranged as Eurostar departure times are generally early morning and return arrival in the evening, which our Holiday Advisors would be pleased to arrange.
