Said to be the pinnacle of motorsport, join us as we experience the famous 24-hour endurance race at Le Mans. We travel by coach to the Sarthe Circuit, in France, where tickets are included to the spectacular live action, of the 24-hour race. Enjoy a weekend packed with fun, thrills and a spectacular atmosphere, as fans travel from near and far to watch the teams battle it out to become champion, in this test of endurance of both man and machine.

The 24 Hours Le Mans is the world's oldest active sports car race and has been held since 1923. Today we travel to the famous Sarthe Circuit for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which is the most famous endurance race in the world. The Sarthe Circuit contains a mixture of closed public roads and the specialist racing track and so this is why the drivers have to balance their car's ability and speed for the changing circuit. We park within close proximity to the circuit and include a general admission ticket to the race. You will have the day and night at leisure to enjoy the race and the many other activities around the circuit, and experience the true 24 Hours of Le Mans! A coach will be available throughout the day and night should you wish to return for any additional clothing, or to relax.

As the 24 Hours Le Mans continues through the night and into the morning you have plenty of time to get some food and refreshments from one of the many facilities at the track. The 24 Hours Le Mans original purpose was not to show the speed of the cars but to show the reliability of them, over a long duration and with as little time spent in the 'pits' as possible, which you will be able to see first hand while watching the race. So enjoy the remaining hours from dusk till dawn and the finish of this famous endurance race. When the race has finished and the winner has been confirmed don't forget to watch the winners presentations before we return to our overnight hotel.

Although it was a brilliant weekend I think the people who planned the itinerary should do the trip themselves. Perhaps then they might appreciate the timings, overnight needs of the passengers & the drivers. And it wasn't clear we would have to checkout of our rooms on the Sat morning, when we'd only checked in 11pm the previous night, & recheck in on the Sunday when we were back from the circuit. Other passengers didn't exactly know what was supposed to be happening. We hadn't been told the previous night about this only as we got off the coach we would be leaving at 8:30am the next morning. We paid €120 to keep our room, & therefore not have to repack. The Ibis Hotel was lovely. Rooms large with good facilities. The staff friendly & the buffet at breakfast had plenty of choice. Plus the tickets we had for Le Mans gave us access from the previous Sunday. Could Leger introduce an optional extra of an extended trip to Le Mans? The drivers we had, Vladimir & Paul, were great. They stayed with the coach for the whole time we were at the circuit even tho they weren't being paid for it. Paul was very attentive, looking after everyone & always cheerful. Always checking on everyone, that they had everything they needed, any drinks wanted etc For value it's a good trip & I would go to Le Mans again but I think I'd go with a specialist motorsport travel company.
