Explore Paris independently, or why not join our optional visit to Versailles, home to the famous Château and its beautiful gardens. Located on the western outskirts of Paris and originally created for Louis XIV, the Château of Versailles has been a member of the UNESCO World Heritage list for over 30 years.
At Versailles, you can choose to admire the magnificent gardens or spend time exploring the interior of the château. If visiting the gardens, enjoy a relaxing stroll along Versailles’ own Grand Canal, or why not discover the many fountains and pools, some of which are fine examples of sculpture.
If you choose to visit the palace, then there are various types of admission tickets available depending on what areas you would like to see. (Château entrance is at extra cost and subject to local queueing times. Ticket prices vary depending on the type of ticket you purchase - approximate cost is between €18 and €27 paid on the spot. We do not recommend advance ticket purchase, as itineraries can be subject to last-minute change for operational reasons. (We are not able to provide assistance with independent ticket arrangements).
We return to our hotel late afternoon and then this evening, there will be the opportunity to join our optional ‘Paris by Night’ tour which includes a three-course meal in a typical restaurant, with house wine included.

Accommodation
You will stay for four nights at the 3-star Originals City Le Cardinal Rueil Centre Hotel in Rueil-Malmaison on the western outskirts of Paris.
Alternative hotels such as the 3-stat Parc Hotel Plessis-Robinson in South of Paris may also be used.
Upgraded tours will stay at the 4-star H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort or the 4-star Grand Hotel du Plessis in Le Plessis-Robinson.
The Originals City Le Cardinal Rueil Centre
The Originals City Le Cardinal Rueil Centre is situated in vibrant Rueil Malmaison on the western outskirts of Paris. It is within walking distance of the bustling town centre with its inviting bars, charming restaurants and shops. The hotel is comprised of two buildings, offering a total of 64 bedrooms. All bedrooms are themed in a style – Paris (rooftops, metro, taxi, famous sights) or Africa (giraffe, zebra, leopard design). There is also a breakfast room, small bar and lift.
