Christmas markets, stunning Swiss scenery, amazing Austria and tantalising train rides, all combine to make this fun filled festive coach holiday. Our tour begins as we enjoy time in Zürich, Switzerland’s largest city which offers many festive delights, from magical Christmas markets to singing Christmas trees, you’ll enjoy all in this lively city. We then journey along the Swiss Rhine Valley to St. Gallen. We then travel to Konstanz, where we spend time admiring the beautiful lake, before we finish the day back in Feldkirch, where we enjoy a gala evening. Before we return home, we offer guests the opportunity to enjoy spectacular scenery aboard the Bernina Regional Railway. We board the train in Chur and head to the stylish resort of St. Moritz, the perfect end to the perfect holiday!

Local departure by coach or Door-to-Door service, then to Belgium for an overnight stay.
We head south and to Feldkirch in Austria for a four-night stay.

Today we head north to the town of Konstanz on the shores of Lake Constance. See the Romanesque Cathedral with its Gothic spire and the town hall with its decorative frescoes. On a clear day you can see the Alps from Konstanz harbour.
After free time we head south to the town of St. Gallen. Located between Lake Constance and Appenzellerland, St. Gallen has a beautiful traffic free Old Town. One of the most famous sights is the Baroque cathedral with its Abbey Library, which is home to around 170,000 documents dating back over one thousand years.
We return to Feldkirch where you can enjoy time at the beautiful Christmas market, considered to be the prettiest in the region.

Today we cross the border into Switzerland travelling along the shores of Lake Walen to reach the city of Zürich on the shores of Lake Zürich. It is the largest city in Switzerland however, its ancient centre has kept its charm, with winding lanes and tall church spires. Zürich offers a multitude of attractions at this time of year.

Why not join us for a wonderful optional ride on the famous Bernina Regional Railway. We travel to the beautiful town of Chur, the oldest city in Switzerland and board the Bernina Regional Railway for a journey through magnificent scenery to the famous resort of St. Moritz.
Sporting life has always been an important part of Saint Moritz, and over 100 years ago the first British visitors used to stage Toboggan races in the streets.
