FESTIVE PHOTO COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering a competition on the Leger Holidays Facebook page you are agreeing to Leger Holidays storing and using your name and photographs for marketing purposes. We will not share your information with third parties unless you specifically agree to us sharing these details.
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

• There will be one winner chosen to win a £100 Leger Holidays Voucher.
• There is no cash alternative.
• The prize is not transferable. Leger Holidays reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of the same value should this prize for any reason become unavailable.
• The prize draw is open to residents of the UK over 18 unless otherwise stated, except employees of Sunway Travel (Coaching) Limited, their subsidiary companies or their agents and families.
• To enter the competition, entrants must submit their photos as a Facebook Comment on the relevant Competition post from Wednesday 22^nd November 2017.
• Only one entry per Facebook account.
• The winner will be chosen by a Judge from all entries to the competition received by Monday 8^th January 2018 at 11:59pm. Winners will be notified via Facebook using the original account the entry was made by.
• The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By adding photos to the Facebook competition you are granting permission for these images to be used by Leger Holidays online at www.leger.co.uk and other online and offline communications.
• By submitting your photo you understand and agree that Leger Holidays has no obligation to publish your photo. You must be the author/copyright holder of all images submitted. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the image they submit has been taken with the permission of any featured persons and does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
• The winner may be required to take place in publicity and agrees to their photograph and town/city details being used in promotional literature.
• Entry to the prize draw implies acceptance of these rules as being final and binding.
• Leger Holidays reserves the right to remove any photographs at any time that they deem against their ‘House Rules’ that can be found on the ‘About’ tab on the Leger Holidays Facebook Page.
• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
