On this battlefield tour, we commemorate Armistice Day, In the Belgian city of Mons, on this annual tribute to the end of the fighting of WW1, and to those who gave their lives for us in the Great War and the wars that followed. We also include a visit to the St. Symphorien Military Cemetery, which contains graves of those killed in the battle of Mons and those of the last British Soldiers killed in WW1. This tour explores the Mons battlefield area, on 11th November we attend commemorative services or events in the Mons area (details of these are yet to be announced). We spend 10th November exploring the St. Symphorien Military Cemetery where the last British casualties of WW1 on the Western Front are buried, the memorial to George Lawrence Price, as well as the Mons Military Museum.
