7-Day Break

• Dec 22 – Travel to overnight hotel in Belgium.
• Dec 23 – Frankfurt (included). We visit the vibrant city of Frankfurt, with time to explore this historic town. Later in the afternoon we arrive in Bavaria and the town of Bayreuth for four nights. B,D
• Christmas Eve – Nuremberg (included). Head to the historic city of Nuremberg, where we will have the opportunity to catch up on any last minute Christmas shopping or simply enjoy a relaxing stroll. B,D
• Christmas Day – Bamberg (included). Enjoy Christmas morning with a stroll around the delightful town of Bayreuth, the town of Richard Wagner. We enjoy a Christmas turkey lunch at our hotel and later in the afternoon we visit Bamberg, one of Germany’s most beautiful cities. This evening we enjoy a gala dinner with music to complete a wonderful day. B,L,D
• Dec 26 – Karlovy Vary (included). Across the border into the Czech Republic to Karlovy Vary, or ‘Carlsbad’ as it is also known. The town is the largest and most popular spa resort in the Czech Republic, and boasts fine architecture with buildings dating from the Baroque and Romanesque periods. B,D
• Dec 27 –Rüdesheim (included). We return to Belgium for an overnight stay via a short visit to the Rhine town of Rüdesheim. B
• Dec 28 – Return to the U.K. B
