Fun, colourful and bright, the Mediterranea will enchant you as soon as you enter the Main Hall, with its panoramic glass lifts, sculptures of dancers and, up above, a glass ceiling with views of the sky. Costa Mediterranea is Italian elegance, refined in its details, with many works of art, inspired by the style of noble Italian palaces of the 16th and 17th centuries.

Facilities on board

Built in 2003, your ship features 3 restaurants, 12 bars, including a Cognac & Cigar bar and a Wine bar, 3 swimming pools, 4 jacuzzis, multipurpose sports court, outdoor jogging track, fitness centre, theatre on 3 decks, casino, disco and shopping centre.

The Cabins

There are 12 public decks, and cabins are located principally on 6 decks. Cabins are graded as Inside Lower, Inside Upper, Outside Lower, Lower with Balcony and Upper with Balcony. The difference between inside and outside cabins is dependent upon the position on the ship and size of cabin. All cabins have shower and toilet, telephone, hairdryer, air-conditioning and safe.
