13-Day Break

• Day 1 – We travel by coach from a local joining point to Belgium for an overnight stay.
• Day 2 – We continue south to Lake Garda for a three-night stay. B,D
• Day 3 – Venice (included). We enjoy a full day in Venice, exploring its alleys and waterways to see the famous sights, including the Bridge of Sighs, St. Marks Square, and the Doge's Palace. We recommend a gondola ride through the winding waterways or our optional panoramic cruise around the Venice Lagoon islands, seeing Murano, famed for glass-making; Torcello, home of the oldest building in the lagoon, with its tilting church tower and streets fringed with brightly painted houses, and Burano, the most colourful island on the lagoon. • Day 4 – Lake Garda (optional). We visit the resort of Riva del Garda and the medieval shore town of Malcesine. Take a stroll along the lake shore or relax in one of the tempting cafés. An optional cruise across the lake to Limone, with its attractive harbour and cobbled streets, is a must.B,D
• Day 5 – To Savona to board the Costa Atlantica. Depart 1700. B,D
• Day 6 – Cruising at sea. B,L,D
