Your Hotel
You’ll stay for four or five nights at the wellappointed, traditional 3-star Hotel Alte Bauernschänke in charming Assmannshausen in the Rhine Valley. The hotel is typically ‘Rhineland’ in style, with an atmosphere to match, and 2008 is the hotel’s 600th anniversary. There’s a lift, restaurant and large bar area. All bedrooms have T.V., telephone and safe.
Please note: 5GMLV Feb 12 will stay at the 3-star standard Hotel Lindenhof in Osterspai. 5GMLV May 26 and 7GRHV Jul 26 and Sep 20 will stay at the 3-star Hotel Lamm in Assmannshausen. Overnight stay in Belgium on the 7-day holiday is in a city-style hotel.
Alte Bauernschanke
This 3-star superior class Hotel Alte Bauernschänke in Assmannshausen was partly built in 1408 and one of the oldest hotels along the Rhine. The hotel is ideal for visiting the legendary Loreley Rock and Rüdesheim. Enjoy the afternoon on the sun terrace or the old wine inn, and taste our own top-awarded wines.
