Step 2

We will prepare a no obligation quotation giving you all details of the cost, itinerary options and deposit required for you to discuss with your group. Take this to your next meeting and see what the interest is, then if you decide you want something changing just let us know and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Step 3

Call and let us know when you have sufficient interest and want to go ahead, then we can ask the hotel to hold the rooms for a short while. We will now send you your reservation pack containing, booking forms, details of the hotel/s and the day to day itinerary.
