"Due to circumstances, my friend and I were unable to go on holiday with our respective husbands, so decided to have a short break and when my friend received an email advertising the above holiday, we decided this was for us.

It was an amazing trip from the moment we left London. The coach was extremely clean and comfortable, our guides, Linda and Jeff were exceptional, friendly and had a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble for them, indeed when I lost my phone as I was about to go on a boat trip on the Seine - no problem, Linda went to the restaurant and retrieved it for me.

The local guide through Paris was also very friendly and most informative. I loved Paris, the architecture was amazing!
Paris during the day was absolutely lovely but Paris by night was something else. After a wonderful tour of Paris by night, we enjoyed a lovely meal in a restaurant (the crème brulee was like no other I've ever tasted). We were entertained by two musicians who ably played our requests, I could have stayed for hours listening to them.

The following day was spent visiting the gardens at Versailles followed by a visit to Monet’s Garden. I've personally always wanted to visit Monet’s Garden, as I have long admired the iconic picture of the bridge over the lily pond. I of course purchased a print of said bridge. Versailles was beautiful and the fountains were spectacular, music played throughout the grounds as we strolled along.

Our hotel was very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. It was in a quiet tree lined street and absolutely perfect.

I cannot name one part of this tour that stood out for me, as the whole trip exceeded my expectations and was just wonderful. I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would ever be in Paris in April but I would certainly recommend a trip, especially with Leger. I would go again in a heartbeat.
