I have just returned from the best holiday of my life so far.  Wish I was going back tomorrow.  There is so much to see and do. Sorrento is fabulous, all the hotels we stayed in were smashing, food fantastic, amazing trips, great company.  Well done Leger particularly David and Steve the drivers.  It got a bit tiring during the last 2 days but think that might be because I was going home and didn't want to.  Even got an unexpected trip on the shuttle instead of the ferry on the way home.

Happy to share my experiences with anyone who is waiting to go.

Denise

Hi Denise,

it sounds like you had a fantastic time.

I am doing the same trip leaving on 16th August 2008. This is my first coach holiday and first time to Italy. I am going on my own so a little apprehensive about not knowing anybody.

Did you do all the excursions?

Any tips would be very much appreciated.

Regards

Ashton

Hi Ashton

I went on my own also but made friends almost straight away.  It was my first time on my own, (just divorced) first time to Italy and first time on a coach.

I did all the excursions except Amalfi Drive but will do that next May when I go again.  All the excursions are good.  Make sure you have a good camera. The views and sites are amazing.

Have a great trip. wish I was going!!

Hi Denise,

thanks very much for replying. You were very lucky to make friends straight away and I am hoping for the same.

I will do as many extra trips as I can afford and ensure my camera is empty on departure.

Regards.

Ashton

Hi Jackie,

We had a couple 19 and 21,  3 in their mid 30s, some in their 40s and the rest 50 to 70.  We had some good sing songs on the coach including Abba.

That's good to hear from you. It's really amasing and excelelnt to know the review from you about Italy. Italy is meant for food, it's hospitality and all the other things. Because of this reason its made all the tourists to revisit this place very often. I love to revisit this place once again.
