I have just got the travel details for my trip to switzerland and have noticed we have been allocated seats on the coach . I am travelling with my mother and husband and would like to know where seats 23.24 and 32 are situated as i was rather hoping we would be all seated together.  can any one help ? Lizzie

Hi Lizzie
Just to let you know I contacted our operations department regarding your seatng arrangements and got the following response :-
"We have rectified the seating arrangements and requested new travel documents. They are now in seats 23, 24 and 28. 28 is behind 23 and 24."
Hope this is okay and have a great holiday.

| Thank you for your help with this. I do not understand why we were not sat together in the first place as we are all on the same booking. But anyway no worries as problem now resolved
