Hello,

I am trying to book the trip to Austria & Prague leaving on 17th May. We need to be picked up and dropped off at Ludlow in Shropshire. However, when we try to select this as our departure point, Ludlow isn't on the 'Outbound' dropdown list. It is however on the 'Inbound' dropdown list!!?

Anybody any ideas? The office is now closed so can't ring them til tomorrow. This is so annoying. I've spent all weekend researching where to go, which tour to choose. And now I've come to book, I can't!! Aaaarrgghh!

Booking that late in the day, to the start of your trip will probably mean that you don't get to pick your departure point, as the coaches would have already been routed.  I booked very late last year for my holiday and had to make do with the nearest available stop.

Having learned my lesson, I made sure that I phoned up and booked over the phone, so at least I was given the choices of available departure points.

Hi Jonny thanks for your reply. We did manage to book and get the departure point we wanted though. Really looking forward to it now.
