Well here we are then... the forum is up and running.
Don't be shy people make your voice heard, tell us about your trip and share your experiences with others in the holiday reviews forum, the most recent five topics will also feature on the tour pages of the website.
Why not talk about trips you are planning to take, and make some new friends before you travel, or when you get back chat to friends you've met on your holiday.
Whatever you want to talk about the forum is always open

| Hi Dru Like the web sight although I'm a bit dissapointed that you can't check availabilty on trips prior to actually attempting to book them on the net, and you don't appear to be able to make a seat choice for the main part of your trip, which I assume you can do if you phone to book. No seat plan of coaches !. Also the pages if you want to go back seem to time out quickly. Stuart.

The seat choice problem is one we are currently looking into, hopefully this will be added to the booking process sometime in the near future. Personally I think this would be a great addition.
As you suggested, customers who phone to book can currently book seats in the first two rows of the coach at a small premium. Other seats can be requested but unfortunately not guaranteed.
You can actually check availability on the website, when you click the 'find holiday prices' button the website checks our systems and provides live availability and pricing. So any tours you see on this page are available for the number of passengers specified. Any tours that are full will not be shown. Similarly, pressing the 'find holiday prices' button on a tour page will show all the availability for all departures of that tour.
With regards to the timing out issue, unfortunately we are currently experiencing some server issues which we are currently looking into as a priority.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, you can amend your profile (emails etc) by clicking on the option Control Panel which appears towards the top of the screen on the right hand side (adjacent to where it says Welcome).
