| what is the point of leaving any comment it seems you will only post good one's and if anyone has a moan about one of your holiday's you won't even give them the right to do that.

Thank you for your feedback, regarding posting comments I can confirm that the forum is moderated but only for content that maybe deemed unsuitable, as far as a place to voice comments goes this is what it has been put here for. So that posts both good and bad can be shared and actioned on if deemed necessary; there are several areas where you can do this as we like to make it as easy as possible for our guests to send us their comments.
The first one is the community forum and we also have a feedback link in the customer services area additionally we can be contacted at customer relations by letter, email and telephone. All contacts can be found in the customer service area.
