| This is my first trip with Leger and I was wondering what the silver service is like,as I have decided to pay the extra cost for it. Is anyone else going from Peterborough Area? I'm going on the 17th May 2008, It will be my First Long Holiday since my wife died. Mike H

| Mike H, Having been on three leger trips all silver service, i personally can't knock the 'silver service' option, being 6'3" the legroom and comfort on the coach is tremendous. Do take the opportunity to get up and visit the lounge at the back, its an ideal way to socialise with your fellow passengers who may be sitting elsewhere on the coach. On all my previous trips the coach crews have been fantastic and certainly go 'the extra mile' to look after you. Coach refreshments are great, and its nice to be offered a range of beers, spirits, wines as well as the usual hot and cold drinks. You'll also have the provision of personal headphones if you want to drift away with the music channels, and you can also watch your progress on the sat nav screens. I'm sure you'll have a great time, even following your sad circumstances, if your tour is anything like the ones i've been on you'll come away having made some new friends. I'm single and can report that i met a lovely lady on my last trip, no there not pushed as dating trips, but we're seeing each other and very happy, so much so that we've booked another Leger Holiday together to Austria in May, and even considering another in September if the finances will allow. I'm sure you have a splendid time, all i'd say is go along with an open mind and judge it for yourself.... think and hope you'll be pleasantly surprised. Steve C

| Hi Mike, Like you this will be my first trip with Ledger Silver Service, I am in a very similar position to yourself my wife passed away a couple of years ago and that year my daughters persuades me to take a holiday, I decided to try a coach tour and I had a great time and really helped me. Since then I have taken 2 long haul coach tours and this year will be my Third, I can echo the comments of Stevec relax you will have a great time.

| Thanks Steve & M J for your replies to my questions about the Silver Service,I didn't realize the extra's you get with it. I'm really looking forward to my trip to Switzerland/Austria,and the journey on the Glacier Express by all accounts that train goes through some spectacular scenery. Michael H
