Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The vouchers can be redeemed against new bookings only.
Vouchers can only be used on holidays booked directly with Leger Holidays.
The value of the vouchers will be deducted off the basic holiday price at the time of the final invoice. Optional excursions/supplements/insurance are excluded.
Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The holiday must be taken (departed) before the end of 2008.
The vouchers will be in denominations of ten £200 and five £100
The vouchers have a face value of £0.001
The voucher value will be used in full, no refunds or credit will be given and the vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
The prize is not transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of the same value should this prize for any reason become unavailable.

The prize draw is open to residents of the UK over 18 unless otherwise stated, except employees of Sunway Travel (Coaching) Limited, their subsidiary companies or their agents and families.
The prize draw will take place on Friday 31st July 2008.
The winner’s name is available after the closing date by sending a SAE to The Marketing Manager, Leger Holidays, Sunway House, Canklow Meadows, West Bawtry Road, Rotherham, South Yorkshire. S60 2XR.
The winner may be required to take place in publicity and agrees to their photograph and town/city details being used in promotional literature.
The winner will be drawn at random from all entrants to the draw.
Only one entry per household.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
No purchase is necessary.
Entry to the prize draw implies acceptance of these rules as being final and binding.
