Leger Launches Ladies Only for Christmas 2007

New Festive Breaks & Christmas Markets Brochures including 23 new tours!

Due to a massively growing market of festive travellers and a new demand for women-only breaks, Leger Holidays has launched 23 new tours in its new brochures for Festive Breaks and Christmas Markets for 2007, including Leger’s first ever ladies-only tours.

The Christmas Markets brochure features 15 exciting new breaks, including a Rhine cruise; ‘Roman Trier’, featuring Cologne; Montreux and Lake Geneva; The Black Forest and Medieval Amiens which also features Rouen – all make it easy to experience the best of Europe’s Christmas shopping.

The brochure also showcases Leger’s first ever breaks for ladies only, including a four-day break to Belgium and Cologne and a four-day Christmas Markets Rhine Cruise, both of which feature a beauty therapist on board the coach and complimentary treatments, making the holiday even more relaxing.

There are also new twists on some of the favourites to Europe’s most amazing towns and cities, such as Bruges, Brussels, Cologne, Vienna and many more.

Christmas Market holidays are available by coach, air and Eurostar and with prices from as little as £125pp, there’s plenty of spending money left for those all-important gifts!

The new Festive Breaks brochure offers eight new breaks for winter 2007, as well as increased availability on Leger’s established European Christmas and New Year escapes. In addition, a special section for single travellers and a condensed Christmas markets section is also included.

The eight new tours include: an all-inclusive Christmas in Austria, Christmas on Lake Geneva, New Year at Lake Garda and a four-star Christmas in the Black Forest. These latest additions all give the brochure a broader appeal and new options for existing customers.

Both brochures offer the option of travelling in luxury on Leger’s deluxe Silver Service coach for most tours. This exclusive service offers luxury seats, extra leg room, separate rear lounge, DVD and video, free personal in-seat headsets and more excursions on some tours, plus porterage in all hotels.

Christmas Market holidays start from late-November 2006, running throughout December and Leger Holidays offer a variety of packages. Prices start from just £125pp, rising to £399pp for a fantastic seven-day tour of Montreux and Lake Geneva also featuring Berne and Geneva, travelling by Silver Service coach. Festive Breaks depart from 21 December to 30 December and start from as little as £159pp for Twixmas in Paris.

The following day is spent in Dusseldorf, home to the Konigsallee, one of Germany’s most fashionable shopping streets. There is also opportunity to explore the wooden stalls of the Christmas market. This seven-day break starts with an overnight stay in Belgium, before embarking on a journey through the undulating scenery of Luxembourg, to the German town of Offenburg for a four night stay. The holiday includes excursions to the picturesque cathedral city of Freiburg and the lakeside town of Titisee, as well as a scenic drive through the Black Forest on Christmas Day. Finally, the trip heads north for an overnight stay in Belgium before returning to the UK.
