14-Day Break
- Dec 22 – Local departure then onward to Belgium for an overnight stay.
- Dec 23 – To the Austrian Tyrol for a five-night stay. B,D
- Christmas Eve – Innsbruck (included). We travel to the grand city of Innsbruck, the capital of the Tyrol. Explore the Old Town area and see the famous Golden Roof. Join our optional sightseeing tour with local English speaking guide. B,D
- Christmas Day – Kitzbühel (included). An excursion to the world-famous ski resort of Kitzbühel. Why not opt to ride the gondola up the majestic Hahnenkamm mountain for some breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks? B,D
- Boxing Day – Mayrhofen (included) with Ziller Valley Railway (optional). We travel to Fugen in the Ziller Valley. Enjoy an optional ride on the steam train between Fugen and Mayrhofen. Free time in Mayrhofen, with an optional horse and sleigh ride. B,D
- Dec 27 – Salzburg (optional). We visit Salzburg, the stunning birthplace of Mozart. Our optional guided sightseeing tour will show you see the best of the city. B,D
- Dec 28 – We travel south through Italy to the Croatian coast and the resort of Rabac for a five night stay. B,D
- Dec 29 – Labin (included). Morning at leisure in Rabac, then an excursion to nearby Labin. Afterwards we head to a typical Istrian ‘Konoba’, where you will be greeted by music on traditional instruments before sampling local wines. B,D
- Dec 30 – Highlights of Istria Tour (optional). Join a full-day tour along the coast of Istria, visiting the picturesque town of Rovinj, and the seaside resort of Porec. B,D
- New Year's Eve – Pula (included). We visit Pula, where you can see evidence of the Roman period, including the huge Arena. Return to our hotel in plenty of time to prepare for tonight’s festivities at our hotel. B,D
- New Year's Day – Motovun and Mulino Casino (optional). In the afternoon why not join our optional excursion to the beautiful medieval hillside town of Motovun. We also call at the Mulino Casino. Try a New Year flutter! B,D
- Jan 2 – We leave after breakfast and head to Austria for an overnight stay. B,D
- Jan 3 – To Belgium for an overnight stay. B
- Jan 4 – Homeward bound, via Calais. B
