- Day 4 – Ljubljana A full-day included excursion to the historic capital of Slovenia. Originally developed by the Romans, the Old Town now is a blend of pale coloured Baroque churches and mansions overlooked by a medieval castle. Join our optional walking tour to take in the highlights including the Old Town and the Triple Bridge, or perhaps take a stroll along the willowlined walkways along the Ljubljana river. B,D
- Day 5 – Rovinj Join our optional excursion to this beautiful town regarded as one of the most picturesque on the Croatian coast. The narrow medieval streets hidden behind the city walls are a joy to explore and wander at your leisure. B,D
- Day 6 – Opatija (Enjoy a full-day included excursion to the Opatija Riviera. This beautiful resort is often referred to as the ‘Nice of the Adriatic’ on account of its celebrated seaside promenade, the Lungomare. B,D
- Day 7 – Pula Join our optional excursion to Pula, with its 3000 years of history and heritage. See the stunning Roman amphitheatre, the Temple of Augustus and the Forum as well as the Franciscan monastery. B,D
- Day 8 – Free time before departure Enjoy free time before leaving for the overnight journey towards Calais. B
- Day 9 – To Calais then return home.
