Low Deposits
Specially arranged low deposits can be a great selling point (air and sea cruise holidays may be more, please ask for details), especially if your group members like to take a number of different holidays throughout the year, because the initial cost of reserving their place is low.
When are the deposits due?
We understand that it can take a few weeks to collect the required deposit from every interested party. So, once you and your group have decided on your perfect trip, just let us know. We will ask the hotel(s) to hold a reservation on option thereby ensuring availability of the right number of rooms at the right price. Once this is in place, you can forward your deposits to us as soon as possible to confirm your booking.
For holidays with any flight element, we are unable to hold a number of seats on option. So, deposits and correct passenger names need to be submitted to confirm the flights. Once this is done, some airlines may charge amendment fees to change names or alter spellings so it is important we get it right first time.
When is the balance due?
We don’t mind how often or how many payments are made but we do ask that everything is paid in full by the following dates:
- 42 days before departure - Coach and Self-drive holidays
- 60 days before departure - Air holidays Eurostar & Sea cruise holidays
Specially arranged joining points
Depending on the size of your party, you could enjoy your own joining point or even your own coach or it may be convenient to offer more than one joining point to your group members. Our coaches will collect your group from as many points as you need.
All we advise is that the more different pick-up points you have, the longer your journey time will be.
As far as travelling times go, we can advise you on the driving times relevant to your trip. We can then agree on departure and return times that are convenient for your group.
Free Places
Free places are awarded to groups from as few as 11 full fare paying passengers sharing a coach and groups wishing to fill at least 1 coach can tailor make or personalise any European tour (approx 40 on an Executive coach or 34 on a luxury Silver Service coach). See the table below for the free places you group would get.
If your group are fewer in number but still wish to have the whole coach for their private use, we can calculate the price accordingly. Remember, the fuller the coach, the cheaper it is per person!

For travel by air or Eurostar, you need 20 or more people so you qualify for special group rates with the airline or Eurostar and the chosen hotel(s).
