Join your feeder coach at your nearest joining point – we’ve over 510 to choose from throughout England, Scotland* and Wales** and to make sure your journey to the port is as direct as possible we guarantee this will be a maximum of five stops to pick up other passengers*** – then travel to Stop 24 Services to meet your tour coach.
On Silver Service and Luxuria tours, for operational reasons, your feeder coach journey may be by Executive coach. Your tour coach, which you will join at Dover or Folkestone, will be a Silver Service or Luxuria vehicle.
Please note: Tours departing from ports other than Calais and Folkestone offer a limited number of joining points, please call for details.
On coach holidays of 9 days’ duration or more and Single Traveller coach holidays, you don’t even have to think about getting to your local joining point. If you live within 20 miles of one of our free joining points (see across), we’ll pick you up from your home and take you to meet your feeder coach, then return you back home at the end of your holiday. On European coach holidays of 9 days or more, the cost of this is just £30 per booking each way (Up to 4 people per booking). For Single Traveller holidays, it’s free of charge.
If you live a little further afield, you can also take advantage of this convenient option for an additional charge – please enquire at the time of booking.
All pick-ups are subject to availability. Joining times are approximate. Confirmed times will be given to you with your travel documents. *Departures from Scotland may travel to England via National Express or Megabus. For pick-ups marked with a ** in South Wales, you will be transferred to one of our main pick-up points shown in bold. The five pick-up points guarantee starts from that main pick-up point. ***Excluding comfort stops, service areas, motorway junction points and trunk road pick up points.

Front row seats can be reserved for £12pp (up to 6 days duration), £20pp (7 & 8 days duration) and £25pp (9 days duration and over) on all European tours. In addition to this seats on the second row can be reserved for £6pp (up to 6 days duration), £12pp (7 & 8 days duration) and £15pp (9 days duration and over). This offer is only available for bookings of two or four persons on the front row and is subject to availability. Guaranteed front/second row seats cannot be reserved on feeder journeys to/from the U.K. port. Children under 15 years cannot occupy a front row seat due to French Law.
Please note: On some coaches the legroom on front seats may be slightly less than that available on other seats due to the presence of a modesty board in front.
If your tour is cancelled for any reason and front/second row seats are not available on your new tour you will be refunded the supplement. No other compensation will be payable.
Alternatively, we can take seating requests on your booking. However, requests are not guaranteed. All seat numbers are confirmed on travel documents approximately 7-10 days prior to departure.
Feeder coaches are routed approximately 2-3 weeks before departure and will depend on where passengers are booked to travel from on any particular date as to which route is taken. If you require further detailed information regarding the route to the port you can contact our Customer Service Department on 0844 324 9265 two weeks before you are due to travel.
With regard to the route taken by the main tour coach, this is determined by the driver.
